I’ll provide tailored dietary recommendations and practical tips for meal planning and cooking. We’ll also set achievable milestones and discuss how I can support you throughout your journey. This session aims to give you a clear plan and empower you to take control of your health.

Follow-Up Consultation ($120)

Follow-up consultations: 45 minutes

All consultations are currently conducted via Zoom.

In follow-up consultations, we’ll review your progress and adjust your goals and plan as needed. I’ll provide additional guidance, address any challenges, and discuss ongoing support to ensure you stay on track and continue making progress.

1x Initial Consultation- 60 minutes + 3x Follow up consultations: 45 minutes each

The package includes one initial consultation and three follow-up sessions, ensuring you receive continuous guidance and adjustments tailored to your needs.
