I’m Amanda, a Clinical Nutritionist with a special interest in weight loss and sustainable weight management. My passion is helping people feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally through balanced nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle.
My Approach
My approach is holistic and practical. I use evidence-based nutrition combined with simple lifestyle strategies to help you create healthy, sustainable habits. I focus on building a positive relationship with food, while also looking at any underlying health issues that might be affecting your weight loss.
It doesn’t matter where you are at in your journey, whether you’ve tried multiple diets, struggled to keep weight off, or just feel stuck, I’m here to help you find a way forward that actually works. My goal is to make healthy eating realistic, enjoyable, and easy to maintain.
Together, we’ll look at not only what you eat, but also the reasons behind your choices and the factors driving your weight gain. From there, I’ll give you personalised instructions and practical tips to follow over time, tailored to your lifestyle and health needs.
